Community Resource Navigator (Onsite - Benton Harbor, Michigan)
Compensation: $18 (an hour) (1099 Contractor)
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct deep relational organizing to connect with churches, local businesses and organizations, school boards, unions, online groups, any pocket of influence in the community that can turn into volunteers, votes and messaging amplifiers.
- Canvass at least 300 doors a week.
- Provide weekly reports to the Field and Operations Director about data from voter contact, who they’re forging relationships with, status reports on those relationships and how we’re working with them and an overall update on volunteer recruitment/engagement, potential house parties, events and rallies.
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with the Executive Director, the other CRNs and community leaders with valuable input.

- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative setting preferred
